Big tech week as we discuss Alexa and Siri getting in bed with each other! Alexa continues to work in more Apple functionality . AMD is now releasing the Ryzen and Vega graphics line in APU formats, some great news for gaming fans! Then it’s time to dive into the big news this week with Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference, Day One news for our main topic of the show. Plus some fun discussion about Wonder Woman, Batman and DC Cinematic Universe, arcade games including the Arcade2TV and the guys share a few of their favorite apps and mobile games in honor of WWDC.
A woman is sitting in her hotel room when there is a knock at the door. She opened the door to see a man whom she had never seen before. He said “oh I’m sorry, I’ve made a mistake, I thought this was my room.” He then went down the corridor and in the elevator. The woman went back into her room and phoned security. What made the woman so suspicious of the man?
This marks the fifth calendar service in Alexa’s skillset now and based on comments from Amazon, iCloud calendar functionality has been one of the most requested features from Alexa customers.
Late 2017 or early 2018 AMD will be updating their APU lineup with the Ryzen chips, code-named Raven Ridge. These will be 4-core/8-thread processors with an integrated Vega graphics chip. This is a first time an APU has had more than four processing units, Raven Ridge will have twice the threads of the fastest APU before it. This is a truly powerful APU that is promising great gaming performance!
